Our award-winning chefs, who set the standard in culinary excellence, are capable of providing a varied selection of menu selections to accommodate a meeting of 5 to a banquet of 1,600. From gourmet entrée selections, various ethnic foods to a simple sandwich platter, we cater to your every need.
"The Events Experts" is our designation as we undertake annually a wide range of banquet events including breakfasts, theme breaks, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners and receptions. All food and beverages served at the Red Rose Convention Centre will be prepared and served by our Banquet Department in accordance with our Catering Policies.
