VERSATILE CONFIGURATIONS & CAPACITY (1200 OR 500/500)
The size and design of the Grand Ballroom permits easy reconfiguration to suit a variety of different events ranging from a full service sit down banquet for 1200 guests to a partitioned complex for Trade Shows and Seminars.
For smaller events the Grand Ballroom can be divided into two completely self-contained sections Ballroom (A) and Ballroom (B), each capable of hosting events for 500 guests.
Each of the configurations mentioned above can be fully tailored to meet the requirements for your event providing several options for the layout of the tables, the buffet, bar service, stage, podiums and even the dance floor.

Hi-tech audio visual equipment
Any configuration of the Ballrooms is supported by state-of-the-art audio-visuals ranging from the best quality sound system to large screen Plasma displays and Projection facilities.
Audio:
Our plug-and-play sound systems support everything from ambient music to full pop/rock nightclub sound, and make it extremely easy for event organizers and DJs to set up and get going. Completely wired for sound with the best amplification and speaker systems available, you simply bring in your music and video players, plug into our conveniently located A/V inputs and you are set to go. No huge and cumbersome speaker systems required!
Lighting:
A wide variety of lighting models, suitable for anything from elegant banquets and wedding receptions to stunning lighting effects for nightclub style dancing. Trade Shows, Seminars and other corporate events can also be similarly accommodated!
Video
Large screen Video Projection and Plasma Display facilities are provided are provided for each section of the ballrooms, accommodating the requirements of both Social and Corporate events. Closed circuit broadcasting to other parts of the complex as well as wireless simulcasting facilities is also incorporated.

EVENT CATERING
Multiple kitchens fully equipped to serve up the finest in international cuisine provide catering services for the entire complex. In the case where the Grand Ballroom has been divided to serve two separate events, each of the events is catered to individually. A completely separate kitchen specifically designed for Indian cuisine with Tandoor ovens and other special features provides mouth watering culinary gems from that part of the world. |
